How We Gather

Three ways to spend an evening.

The dates change with the season, but the shape of a night with us does not. These are the three we come back to.

Foraging Walks

We go to the source.

Morning walks with our forager in residence, out along the tree line and the tidal edge. We gather what is in season and learn the plants that end up in the glass.

Brewing Workshops

Hands on the grain.

Afternoons in the brewhouse, small groups, real kettles. Build a batch of your own with wild botanicals and carry a bottle home to finish on your counter.

Release Nights

The first pour.

The night a new batch meets the room. Limited bottles, one pour at a time, candlelight on the taps, and the Bloom Society always first in line.

Private Hire

Want the whole room to yourself?

The taproom books after hours for private release nights, workshops, and celebrations, candlelight and all.
