Our Story
Every glass begins with a plant nobody planted.
This is the whole of it, from plant to glass to table. What we forage, how we brew it, how we draw it, and why we keep the room candlelit.

Our Story
This is the whole of it, from plant to glass to table. What we forage, how we brew it, how we draw it, and why we keep the room candlelit.

01 · Forage
It starts in the wet New England woods. Elderflower from the hedgerows, yarrow at the tree line, chicory root pulled from the roadside gravel. The plants most people walk past are the ones we build a beer around.

02 · Brew
Back in the brewhouse, each botanical goes into a small batch, rooted in three hundred years of New England herbal tradition. Nothing rushed, nothing scaled up. Just the plant, the water, and time by candlelight.

03 · Document
Every label names its botanical, where it grows, and what it does to the flavor, all drawn by hand. The moth on the front is the mark on everything we make, a reminder that the wild things came first.

04 · Gather
Then it comes to the table. The taproom is candlelit and grown over with green, built for lingering rather than rushing. Bring someone. Stay a while. The best nights, like the best flavors, are the ones nobody planned.
