The Wild Idea

The best flavors are the ones nobody planted.

Every beer begins with a plant most people walk past, like elderflower in a hedgerow, yarrow at the tree line, chicory pushing up through the roadside gravel.

We forage the wild and the overlooked, then root each recipe in three hundred years of New England herbal tradition. We show our homework: every label names the botanical, where it grows, and what it does to the flavor.
